Funke® provides branding, design, digital, and creative services. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined and agreed in writing prior to commencement.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials produced by Funke® remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon settlement, rights are transferred as specified in the project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information and materials in a timely manner
• Review and approve work within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they hold rights to any content supplied
Fees & Payment
Fees are outlined in proposals or contracts. Payment terms typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances due as agreed. Late payments may delay delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Funke® is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during a project.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
